Firefighters battle two-alarm fire in Washington Twp. (PHOTOS)

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) — Firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire on Pinewood Lane early Sunday morning.

Fire crews were called to 13 Pinewood Lane around 12:25 a.m. Sunday for a fire in a two-story home. A second alarm was transmitted around 1:13 a.m.

According to radio reports, at least one person was treated at the scene for burns.

The fire was brought under control shortly after 5:10 a.m. and crews cleared the scene around 6:30 a.m.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Some agencies assisting Washington Township were Washington Borough, Mansfield Twp. Fire Company#1, Tri-County Fire Company, Hackettstown, Greenwich Twp., Mountain Lake Fire Company, High Bridge, Hampton, Glen Gardner, Clinton Twp., Lebanon Twp. and the Warren County fire Marshal.
