Pennsylvania man injured in head-on motorcycle crash

TEWKSBURY TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Hunterdon County) – A 28-year-old Allentown, Pa., man was injured Sunday evening when the 2016 Yamaha motorcycle he was operating struck a vehicle head-on, according to police.

Elisaul Sanchez, 28, was traveling northbound on Old Turnpike Road (Route 517) at 7:06 p.m., when he reportedly crossed over the center line and struck a 2014 Audi driven by Kevin W. Conboy,66, of Tewksbury Twp, NJ, police said

Sanchez was thrown from the motorcycle, struck the windshield of the Audi and landed in the surrounding woods, police said.

Sanchez was transported by New Jersey State Police medivac to St Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, Pa.

According to Senior Director of Corporate Communications at
St. Luke’s University Health Network Mariella Miller, they have “No information available” on Sanchez.

Sanchez was issued a motor vehicle summons for careless driving, police said.
