Car rolls over after 2-vehicle crash on I-80 in Hope Twp. (PHOTOS)

HOPE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Three people were injured in a two-car crash on Interstate 80 Monday afternoon in Hope Township.

The crash happened on Interstate 80 eastbound near mile marker 11 at about 1:45 p.m.

The one vehicle hit the guard rail and rolled over on to its’ roof while the other vehicle came to rest on the right shoulder of the road.

Two males in the overturned car were able to get out on their own before the Hope Fire Department arrived on the scene.

The two males and the driver from the other vehicle were taken to an area hospital with unknown type injuries.

Assisting at the scene was Blairstown EMS and Knowlton Fire and Rescue.

New Jersey State Police kept the road open while the vehicle was up righted and loaded on to a flatbed tow truck.
