Hackettstown nominated for America’s Main Streets contest

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Hackettstown is among some of the downtowns across the nation nominated to take part in the America’s Main Street contest, which recognizes the importance and strong economic benefits of these Main Streets and the small businesses that help them thrive.

The competition is sponsored by Independent We Stand, an organization that inspires small business owners to discover their local roots and help consumers understand the importance of supporting them.

People can cast votes online every 24 hours for America’s most deserving Main Street. The top 25 quarter-finalists will move on to the next round of voting, which will take place from May 1 to 28.

Ultimately, 10 semifinalists will be rated by a panel of contest judges, with a winner announced on June 5.
