Police seek suspicious driver who offered girl a ride in Blairstown Twp.

BLAIRSTOWN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Police are looking for a man who tried to pick up a juvenile girl and offered her a ride Friday afternoon.

Officers received a report of a suspicious incident at 2:30 p.m. on Mohican Road near the Blairstown Township Fire Department Hall, police said.

The reporting party stated that a dark gray, older 4 door sedan stopped in the middle of the roadway and attempted to give a juvenile female a ride, police said.

The suspect was described as a white male, in his 50’s – 60’s, bald, with thinning eyebrows, black rectangular glasses, and a scruffy face. He was reported to be wearing a gray Henley style thermal shirt, police said.

No license plate was available, only that it may have been an off white color with black lettering, police said.
