FLEMINGTON, NJ (Hunterdon County) -Three people were arrested on narcotics charges on Friday, according to Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives Frank R. Crisologo,
and Raritan Township Police Department Officer in Charge Lieutenant Al Payne.
On August 3, Sean P. Ripley, 30, of Flemington, Patrick J. Hanigan, 32, of Phillipsburg, and Denise P. Black, 55, of Flemington were arrested after a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s Narcotics Task Force, Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s K9 Unit, and the Raritan Township Police Department, Kearns said.
Ripley and Hanigan were charged with third-degree conspiracy to distribute heroin and third-degree possession of heroin and possession of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Black was charged with third-degree possession of heroin.
All three were lodged in the Somerset County Jail.
