94-year-old Morristown Medical Center volunteer honored for more than 29,000 hours of service

MORRISTOWN, NJ (Morris County) – A 94-year-old Morris County resident has been honored for her dedication and volunteer efforts at Morristown Medical Center.

Irene Fortunato of Florham Park recently received the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for volunteering more than 29,000 hours of service to the patients and visitors of Morristown Medical Center over the past 20 years.

Fortunado is currently volunteering in their flower room and organizing deliveries for the patients at Morristown Medical Center.
