Hunterdon County man charged with possession of a pellet gun

RARITAN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Flemington man charged earlier this month for possessing a pellet gun.

Ramiz N. Nseir, 19, was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm.

On October 7 at 12:57 p.m., police responded to Mine Brook Park for a report of a person swimming in the creek, police said.

Nseir’s vehicle was parked at the park and a pellet gun was allegedly located inside his vehicle, police said.

Nseir was charged and released pending a court appearance.
