N.J. man indicted on burglary charges

FLEMINGTON, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Monmouth County man was indicted on burglary, theft and criminal mischief charges Thursday, according to Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III.

William T. Dolan III, 45, of Asbury Park was indicted by a Hunterdon County Grand Jury for one count of third-degree burglary, one count of third-degree theft, one count of fourth-degree criminal mischief and one count of third-degree criminal attempt burglary.

According to Prosecutor Kearns, “On September 2, 2017, Mr. Dolan was arrested for Burglary, Theft. Criminal Mischief and Attempt Burglary after throwing a landscape stone through a sliding glass door, entering the residence in Raritan Township and removing miscellaneous jewelry valued at approximately $3,475.00.”
