UPDATED: Police are Seeking the Public’s Help in Locating a Missing Teen

UPDATE: Hackettstown Police have located the missing teenager.

Hackettstown ( Warren County , NJ) – The Hackettstown Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person.

Mylene Danielle Clark age 15, is described as a Hispanic female, 4 feet 8 inches tall, 115 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes.

She was last seen at her Fifth Street residence in Hackettstown at approximately 4:30 a.m. Thursday morning. She was last seen wearing white Nike sneakers with black stripes and possibly has a silver/purple backpack.

Police are urging residents to check their properties including any outside buildings and sheds.

Radio reports indicated that there was contact with the missing female via cellphone; however, it was unclear as to where she is located. The search effort is focused in the area of Grand Avenue along the railroad tracks. All train traffic has been halted along the tracks, including into the Hackettstown train station. A New Jersey State Police Helicopter could be seen hovering overhead assisting with the search.

The Oxford Emergency Squad and the Belvidere Fire Department were called for their ATV’s to search the wooded areas. The Warren County Search and Rescue Team has been requested to assist as well. Additional agencies assisting are Mansfield Police Department and New Jersey State Park Police.
