Police find 110 bags of heroin during traffic stop

FLEMINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Hunterdon County) – Two Jersey City residents are facing drug charges after a joint narcotics investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s Narcotics Task Force and the Flemington Borough Police Department, according to Hunterdon County Prosecutor Anthony P. Kearns, III, Chief of Detectives Frank R. Crisologo and Flemington Borough Police Chief Jerry Rotella.

Daimian G. Younger, 44, and Monique A. Brown, 32, were both charged on Thursday with third-degree possession of heroin. Brown was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, Kearns said.

Both were arrested after the vehicle they were traveling in was stopped by the Flemington Borough Police Department. Further investigation allegedely revealed one hundred and ten bags of heroin with a street value of $680.00, Kearns said.

Younger was lodged in the Somerset County Jail and Ms. Brown was released pending her first court appearance.
