Police search for driver who fled on foot after chase in Warren County (PHOTOS)

MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Authorities are searching for a man who led Mansfield Township police on a pursuit Monday afternoon before he crashed, then taking off on foot.

Shortly before 2:00 p.m., Mansfield Police pursued the vehicle onto Route 31, then to Route 46 before the vehicle crashed on Route 519 at Titman Road in White Township, according to radio reports.

There were injuries reported in the crash.

The driver of the Honda Pilot reportedly fled the scene and ran into the Pequest River. The male was reportedly wearing a blue jersey with gold lettering.
