Two arrested on drug charges after Mansfield Twp. traffic stop

MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Two fwomen are facing drug charges after they were arrested last month following a traffic stop.

Penny M. Bellomi, 40, of Landing, NJ was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, open container and maintenance of lamps.

Nicole A. Caceres, 24, of Wind Gap, PA was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, and a hypodermic needle.

On August 31 at 11:53 p.m., an officer stopped a vehicle for traveling at an excessive speed and for an equipment violation, police said.

During the stop, officers allegedly located three bags of methamphetamine, marijuana, a hypodermic needle, and various drug paraphernalia, police said.

Both were released pending a court appearance.
