Washington woman charged 5 times for trespassing at QuickChek

WASHINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Warren County) – A Washington woman has been charged five times in October for allegedly trespassing at QuickChek.

Lisa Dalrymple, 55, of Washington has been charged 5 times with defiant trespass and 3 times with maintaining a nuisance.

On Oct. 17 at 5:47 p.m., police responded to QuickChek, located at 30 Belvidere Ave, for a person trespassing. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Dalrymple, who was previously banned from returning to the store, was located and charged with defiant trespass.

Then on Oct. 18 at 10:57 a.m., an officer on routine patrol in the area of QuickChek and observed Dalrymple, who is known to be banned from Quick Check, on the property. The officer made contact with Dalrymple, who was charged with defiant trespass, police said.

Then on Oct. 19 at 6:16 a.m., police responded to Quickchek for a person trespassing and screaming at customers. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Dalrymple, who was previously banned from returning to the store, was charged with defiant trespass and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance.

Then on Oct. 20 at 12:21 p.m., police responded back to QuickChek for a person trespassing and screaming at customers. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Dalrymple, who was previously banned from returning to the store, was charged with defiant trespass and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance, police said.

Then on Oct. 22 at 1:33 a.m., police responded to QuickChek for an unwanted person. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Dalrymple, who was previously banned from returning to the store, was charged with defiant trespass and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance, police said.

Dalrymple was released with a mandatory court date on all charges.
