“Healthier Living” – Tuesday, Tuesday, Feb. 14th @ 10:05 a.m.

Presented by the Hackettstown Medical Center, co-hosted by Lisa Dimiceli, Manager of Marketing and Public Relations for HMC, and Jim Furgeson, Chief Development Officer of the Foundation for Hackettstown Medical Center. February is Heart Month. Guests Dr. Anirudh (AH-ni-rood) Khanna (KAH-nah), a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist affiliated with Hackettstown Medical Center and Morristown Medical Center, and Stephanie Tenorio, Lead Cardiovascular Technician at Hackettstown Medical Center, discussed “Matters of the Heart: What You Might Not Know About Heart Disease.”

“Educationally Speaking” – Wednesday, Feb. 15th @ 10:05 a.m.

RNJ News Director Joyce Estey is joined by her cohost, Dr. Will Austin, President of Warren County Community College. The focus was on “Careers in Healthcare,” with  guests Marianne VanDeursen, Dean of Academics, and Dianne Czar, Allied Heath Program Coordinator and the Skylands Training Partnership with Sussex County Community College.

“Newsline” – Thursday, Feb. 16th @ 10:05 a.m.

In the first portion of the program, WRNJ News Director Joyce Estey spoke with Janice Kovach, Mayor of the Town of Clinton, Sarah Brelvi, formerly of United Way of Northern New Jersey, and Karen Kubert, Retired director of Human Services in Warren County. They discussed a range of issues surrounding the Jan./ 21st Women’s March in Washington and “After the March,” a public meeting held in Allmuchy. In the second half of the program Joyce welcomed two drama club advisors from the Belvidere School District. Stephanie Golda and Elizabeth Porcelli talked about the upcoming spring musical productions.
