Bicycle violation leads to drug arrest of Long Valley woman, police say

MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) – A 23-year-old Long Valley woman was found with marijuana and drug paraphernalia after police stopped her on a bicycle.

According to Mansfield Twp police, on Wednesday, August 31 at 10:58 p.m. an officer stopped a female riding a bicycle on Rt. 57 near Kings Highway for a moving and equipment violation.

Through a police investigation, Megan McQuaide was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

McQuaide was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released pending a court appearance.
