Hackettstown, NJ (Warren County) – Frank Mandeville JR,26, of Hackettstown,NJ tried to prove to officers that he had taken care of an outstanding Fairlawn warrant instead ended up showing them a bag of syringes and a glass marijuana smoking pipe.

Hackettstown officers arrived at Mandeville’s home Saturday(3/19/16) to serve the $1,118 municipal court warrant and that’s when Mandeville claimed he had paperwork that would prove the warrant was no longer valid.
