Hackettstown robbery suspect spotted in Pennsylvania

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. (Warren County) – The Hackettstown Police received verified information Monday that Kayla C. Rodriguez was spotted at the Preferred Meals parking lot located at 4135 Birney Ave Moosic, P.A. in Lackawanna County.

Rodriguez is charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary for the 6/19/16 robbery incident. She is also charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery for the 6/27/16 robbery incident. Her total bail is set at $250,000.00, police said.

Rodriguez was last seen driving a 2004 Maroon Jeep Liberty with Pennsylvania registration KDC4126 and was also with a black male, police said.

Rodriguez is described as 20 year-old, white/hispanic female, 5’07, brown eyes, and brown hair. Her last known address is 711 Herbert St Bldg#23 Scranton, PA.

On November 30, her accomplice Frank L Williams JR, 20, of Wilkes-Barre, P.A. was arrested for robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and aggravated assault for the June 19 robbery incident. He was also also arrested for robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, attempted kidnapping, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a handgun for the June 27 robbery. He was released on all charges pending a court appearance. He was released due to him being under 24-hour medical care, police said.
