Route 46 reopens after crash in Liberty Twp (PHOTOS)

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Warren County) – Emergency crews were on the scene of a car crash on Route 46 at Pequest Rd early Monday evening.

The crash was reported at 5:54 p.m. and according to radio reports, occupants in one vehicle were trapped inside. Both vehicles sustained heavy damaged from the crash.

New Jersey State Police had no information to release about the crash at this time.

Route 46 is now open in both directions, state police said.

Mountain Lake Fire Company, Independence Twp and Oxford Twp Rescue Squads assisted at the scene.
