Bergen County man arrested for distribution of marijuana in Hackettstown

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Police say a Bergen County man has been arrested in connection with a month-long investigation into the distribution of marijuana in Hackettstown.

Authorities say members of the Warren County Narcotics Task Force, Hackettstown Police, Washington Twp (Warren County) Police and New Jersey State Police executed a search warrant on a residence at 406 Church St on Thursday, where Michael Finelli, 20, of Rutherford, NJ was living, police said.

During the search, officers located marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the residence, police said.

Finelli was charged with one count possession with intent to distribute marijuana, one count possession of drug paraphernalia, one count possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and one count possession of false documents. He was released pending a court appearance.
