Hackettstown Community Day: What you need to know before you go

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Before heading out to the 11th Annual Hackettstown Community Day, which is this Saturday, here is what you need to know.

Location: The parking lot adjacent to Hackettstown Medical Center, 651 Willow Grove St.

Hours: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Date: Saturday, October 7. There is no rain date, so we’re all hoping for a great day.

How Much: Everything is FREE at Community Day.

Parking: Parking is behind Hackettstown Medical Center, 651 Willow Grove St.

Highlights/Activities: Free Candy – sponsored by Mars Wrigley Confectionery US, Free pumpkins – sponsored by Donaldson Farms (while supplies last), HMC’s Teddy Bear Hospital will have staff from HMC’s Emergency Department treating “stuffed” patients between 12noon and 3pm, Hackettstown State Fish Hatchery Tank Truck with LIVE Fish and Giveaways, Hackettstown Police Ptl. Laver and K-9 Jada. (K9 Demonstration) 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m., Atlantic Air Ambulance (tentatively scheduled to land at 12:00 p.m.) and much more.

Music: WRNJ’s own Morning Mike will be broadcasting LIVE and stop by to spin the WRNJ Birthday Prize Wheel from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (sponsored by Mars Wrigley Confectionery).

Free Food and Drinks: sponsored by: Chek, Hackettstown Medical Center, River Star Diner, Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar and House of the Good Shepherd (while supplies last).
