Trick or Treating Postponed Throughout State
By Rob DiRienzo (Updated)
HACKETTSTOWN — After ‘Frankenstorm’ cancelled Halloween, officials have posted a new date for trick or treaters.
The festivities were planned for Wednesday evening, but as hundreds of thousands are still without power, Governor Chris Christie ordered all towns reschedule to Monday, October 5th.
Hackettstown Police released a statement Wednesday saying they will follow the Governor’s orders. Hours will be from 4:00AM to 8:00PM.
