The Warren Hills Regional School District administrators say they’re making great progress in implementing curriculum changes.
The District is in the first year of a five year strategic plan to reform the curriculum, which includes stepping up geometry and environmental science course options.
Students will also be required to take a financial literacy course along with various technology courses, according to Director of Curriculum and Instruction Dawn Moore.
Moore says that the curriculum will always be open to change. The District is currently in the process of examining the needs of each offered course.
