FLEMINGTON, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Phillipsburg couple has been sentenced on sexual-related offences, according to acting Hunterdon County Prosecutor Michael Williams.
On May 17, Kenneth B. Thompson, 62, was sentenced to five years in state prison and Feleisha Francillon, 28, was sentenced to three years imprisonment, Williams said.
Thompson and Francillon were arrested and charged on April 23, 2018, after an investigation by detectives from the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office’s Special Victims Unit disclosed that they had engaged in sexual relations with a female victim under the age of sixteen.
Both were indicted by a Hunterdon County Grand Jury on June 7, 2018. Thompson pled guilty on February 20, 2019, to third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Francillon pled guilty on February 04, 2019, to third-degree conspiracy to endanger the welfare of a child, Williams said.
Thompson was paroled on October 13, 2016, from a life sentence for a prior crime and will face a violation of parole following his Hunterdon County conviction. He will also have to register as a sex offender under Megan, Williams said.
