18-year-old killed in ATV crash in Warren County, state police say

ALLAMUCHY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) — The New Jersey State Police are investigating after an 18-year-old was killed in an ATV crash Saturday afternoon, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Trooper Charles Marchan.

The crash happened at around 3:43 p.m. in the area of Gibbs Road in Allamuchy Township, Marchan said.

A preliminary police investigation revealed that Jose Carlos Perez Garcia, 18, of Hackettstown was riding an ATV off road when it overturned. Garcia suffered fatal injuries, Marchan said.

The crash remains under investigation, Marchan said.
