2 arrested following narcotics investigation in Warren County

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Two Warren County residents were arrested following a narcotics investigation in Washington Borough and Washington Township areas.

The Washington Township Police Department and the Hackettstown Police Department conducted the investigation and on Nov. 20 Michael Myers, 54, and Patrick Obrien, 52, both of Washington were arrested, police said.

The investigation resulted in the seizure of a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, police said.

Myers was charged with possession of methamphetamine. Obrien was charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Both were released pending court appearances as per bail reform, police said.
