
2 arrested on outstanding warrants following suspicious persons incident at Warren Hills Regional HS
WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Two people were arrested on outstanding warrants following a suspicious persons incident at Warren Hills Regional High School last month in Washington Township.
On Oct. 23, at around 3:08 p.m., police responded to assist the School Resource Officer at the Warren Hills Regional High School, located at 41 Jackson Valley Road, in Washington Township with suspicious person(s), police said.
Through a police investigation, two people were found to have outstanding warrants for their arrest, police said.
Carly Dowd, 24, of Henryville, PA had an active $1,500.00 Parsippany-Troy Hills warrant for her arrest. She was arrested without incident processed and released with a new court date, police said.
Krishan Singh-Sindu,20, of Washington, NJ was found to have an active Stroud Area Regional Police Department in Stroudsburg, PA NCIC warrant for his arrest. He was arrested without incident, charged with being a fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania and lodged in the Warren County Jail, police said.
