2 face drug charges in Mount Olive Twp.

MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Two Morris County residents are facing drug charges in Mount Olive Township.

On June 10, at around 4:19 p.m., police were investigating a dispute between John Rowe, 30, and Stephanie Olver, 29, both from Budd Lake, police said.

During the course of the investigation, an officer was informed of possible drug activity between Rowe and Olver. The owner of the property granted consent to the officer to search the residence. During the search of the residence, officers located suspected alprazolam tablets, police said.

Police then applied for a search warrant for the residence and a silver four door vehicle. Once the application for the search warrant was approved, police executed the search, police said.

During the search of the silver four door vehicle, officers located suspected ecstasy pills, alprazolam pills, oxycodone pills, Adderall pills, and $610 in cash, police said.

Officers also located a digital scale, suspected cocaine, suspected ecstasy pills, suspected trazadone hydrochloride pills, and suspected oxycodone pills, police said.

Rowe was charged with possession with intent to distribute a PLD, possession of PLD 5 doses or more, possession of alprazolam,  possession of CDS Schedule I-IV, hindering own apprehension, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was then lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a court appearance.

Olver was charged with possession of CDS Schedule I-IV, possession of CDS M.D.M.A., possession of a PLD 5 doses or more, and possession of paraphernalia. She was released pending a court appearance.
