2 face prostitution charges in Washington Township, Warren County

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – An Essex County woman and a Warren County man have been charged in connection with allegedly engaging in prostitution in Washington Township.

On April 10, at around 2:46 a.m., township police responded to a residence in the 90 block of Cemetery Hill Road in Washington Township for the report of a dispute, police said.

Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Elka Montero-Concepcio, 21, of Newark was charged with promoting prostitution. She was released pending a mandatory court appearance, police said.

Marco Cozze, 58, of Washington was charged with engaging in prostitution. He was released pending a mandatory court appearance, police said.
