2 flee on foot after crash on I-80 in Morris County, state police say

ROCKAWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Two men fled on foot following a crash on Interstate 80 in Morris County Friday morning, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Philip Curry.

The crash occurred at around 7:45 a.m. on Interstate 80 eastbound at milepost 37 in Rockaway Township, Curry said.

Two vehicles were involved in a collision leaving one of the vehicles in the median facing the wrong direction, Curry said.

Two black men wearing puffy jackets fled the crash scene on foot, Curry said.

No injuries were reported on scene and the unidentified males have not been located, Curry said.
