2 injured, 1 seriously, in single-vehicle crash on I-80 in Warren County

HOPE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Monday night crash that caused a vehicle to overturn is under investigation, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Trooper Charles Marchan said.

The crash happened at 9:14 p.m. on Interstate 80 west at milepost 12 in Hope Township, Marchan said.

A preliminary police investigation revealed that a Ford Transit Van was traveling westbound when it traveled off the left side of the roadway, impacted a guardrail, and overturned in a median, Marchan said.

A 17-year-old passenger from Canadensis, PA suffered serious injuries and the driver, Yisroel A. Natik, 26, of Brooklyn, NY, suffered moderate injuries, Marchan said.
