2 injured after car spins out, crashes into tractor-trailer on I-80 in Warren County
HOPE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Two people were injured Tuesday after their Toyota Prius spun out and crashed into a tractor-trailer on Interstate 80 in Warren County, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Philip Curry.
The crash happened at 1:23 p.m. on Interstate 80 westbound at milepost 11.8 in Hope Township, Curry said.
According to Curry, a Toyota Prius spun out and struck a tractor-trailer causing the tractor-trailer to veer off the right side of the roadway and strike a guardrail.
Two occupants in the Prius were transported to Pocono Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, curry said.
