2 Pennsylvania men arrested on weapons charges in Hunterdon County

FLEMINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Hunterdon County) – Two Pennsylvania men are facing weapons charges after a traffic stop in Flemington Borough, according to Acting Hunterdon County Prosecutor Michael Williams said ina news release on Monday.

Patrick J. Buhler, 29, and his passenger, Michael K. Daly, 28, both of Mount Bethel, PA, were arrested on April 14 following a traffic stop in Flemington Borough, Williams said.

Buhler was charged with second-degree possession of an assault firearm, fourth-degree possession of a large capacity ammunition magazine, fourth-degree possession of hollow point and rifled slug rounds, two counts of second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and three counts of third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Daly was charged with fourth-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and possession of drug paraphernalia.
