
2 students, driver taken to hospital after school bus crash overturns in Hunterdon County
CLINTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – Three people were injured Wednesday after a school bus crashed into a boulder, then a building and overturned in Hunterdon County, according to Clinton Township police.
The crash happened Wednesday morning on Haytown Road in Clinton Township, police said.
The school bus, with seventeen school children on board, drove off the roadway and struck a boulder and a stone building, before overturning, police said.
There were no serious injuries reported, however two students and the bus driver were taken to the hospital for evaluation, police said.
The crash remains under investigation and motor vehicle charges may be forthcoming, police said.
