Amazon delivery driver arrested for burglary in Morris County
DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – An Amazon delivery driver is facing a burglary charge in Denville Township, according to police.
On Oct. 30, police responded to a residence on Arden Road for a report of a burglary, police said.
The residents reported that an Amazon delivery service worker, later identified as Leebert Michel, 28, of Bronx, NY, unlawfully entered their residence after delivering a package to the home, which was also captured on video surveillance cameras, police said.
Michel was arrested and charged on Oct. 31 with burglary and was released pending a court appearance, police said.
