Authorities seek ‘person of interest’ in Warren County

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ (Warren County) – The Phillipsburg Police Department and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the man in the photo.

This individual may have information regarding an assault that took place on or about September 17, 2020 in
Phillipsburg, Warren County Prosecutor James Pfeiffer said.
