ROCKAWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A bartender at the White Meadow Lake Clubhouse Bar in Rockaway Township was arrested for allegedly using a device to record a woman who was using the bathroom, according to Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp.
John P. Daley, 50, of Flanders, was charged with one count of third-degree invasion of privacy, and fourth-degree hindering apprehension or prosecution.
Daley is alleged to have used a device on Sept. 8 to photograph or record a female customer who was utilizing the restroom at the Clubhouse and then destroying evidence relating to the act, Knapp said.
Daley was lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility and has a pending a court date on Oct. 15, Knapp said.

“The White Meadow Lake Property Owners Association Board of Directors is aware of the incident involving a White Meadow Lake employee. This is a legal matter and there is an ongoing investigation. We are not aware of the details of the investigation, but the POA Board intends to continue to cooperate fully with the Rockaway Township Police Department. We will inform residents as official information becomes available and as legal counsel advises,” according to a post on their Facebook page.
