Blairstown man faces drug charges

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Blairstown Township man is facing drug charges following an incident last month in Hanover Township, police said in a news release Monday.

On Sept. 22, officers responded to the America’s Best Value Inn for a man allegedly acting “erratic,” police said.

Upon the officers arrival, police located Joshua Wisner, 33, in the parking lot and after a brief investigation he was arrested, police said.

Wisner was charged with possession of CDS, possession of prescription legend drugs, possession of hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia and under the influence.

Wisner was then released pending a court appearance.
