Blairstown police searching for missing woman

UPDATE Dec. 17: – “Ms Murphy is still missing. We are still currently investigating all possible leads. We thank everyone for their continued assistance and concerns. If any new information becomes available we will do another update,” police said.

BLAIRSTOWN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Blairstown police are asking for the public’s help in their search for a missing woman who was last seen in Blairstown Township.

Mary Margaret Murphy, 54, was last seen in the area of Beechwood Lane at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 14, police said.

Murphy is 5’3″, 110 pounds, brown hair and black eyes. She normally wears jeans and sneakers.

Murphy doesn’t have a cell phone and has limited funds, police said.

No further information was available.

Anyone who sees Murphy or may have information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Blairstown Township Police Department at 908-362-8266.
