Budd Lake man charged for allegedly performing lewd act at Warren County movie theater

MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A man was charged after police say he performed a lewd act in front of two juvenile girls at a movie theater.

The incident occurred on June 8, at around 6:15 p.m. inside the Cinepolis Movie theater in Mansfield Township, police said.

The victim reported the male exposed his genitals, while masturbating in front of two juvenile females, police said.

Stephen Laky, 47, of Budd Lake was charged on Sept. 13, with lewdness. He was released pending a court appearance, police said.
