Cocaine, heroin and PCP seized in traffic stop in Hanover Twp.

HANOVER TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Monmouth County man was caught with cocaine, heroin and PCP after Hanover Township police pulled his car over for a violation, police said.

Stephen Sneed, 61, of Howell was charged with possession with intent to distribute PCP and cocaine, possession of heroin, PCP and cocaine, under the influence, failure to turn over CDS to law enforcement, 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, DWI, CDS in a motor vehicle, unregistered, failure to inspect, failure to maintain lane, suspended driver’s license, reckless driving, unsafe tires and refusal.

On Dec. 31, 2019, a township officer stopped Sneed’s vehicle for a violation. During the investigation, it was determined that Sneed had active warrants also officers located CDS and drug paraphernalia, police said.

Sneed was charged and lodged in the Morris county jail pending a court appearance.
