Contractor accused of taking money, not doing work in Sussex County

BYRAM TOWNSHIP, NJ (Sussex County) – A contractor is accused of taking money from a Byram Township resident and not doing the work, according to police.

On Feb. 13, police received a complaint from an individual who had paid a contractor a large sum of money for residential work to be done, and the work was ultimately not performed, police said.

After a further police investigation, Kyle J. Tomasello of Dynamic Home Exteriors was charged with third-degree theft. He was served with the complaint summons and has a pending court appearance, police said.
