“Warren County saw its third straight week of triple-digit increases in confirmed COVID-19 cases, increasing by 243 for a total of 2,327 cases. The first death from COVID-related causes since August also was reported. Good news about vaccine development doesn’t mean we can let our guard down – it’s important to continue masking, social distancing by keeping six feet away from others, and frequent hand-washing to prevent the spread of the virus. Also, stay home if you’re sick. Community spread can impact our most vulnerable residents, as there are now outbreaks among at three long-term care facilities in the county; those facilities are working to try to prevent the spread to residents,” according to the Warren County Health Department.
