CrimeStoppers: $1K reward offered for information on Hunterdon County burglary suspect

MILFORD BOROUGH, NJ (Hunterdon County) – Hunterdon County CrimeStoppers is offering a $1K reward for information leading to the arrest of a burglary suspect, according to Hunterdon County Acting Prosecutor Michael Williams.

New Jersey State Police is seeking assistance from the public in identifying the driver or owner of a vehicle possibly related to an investigation into a burglary of a residence in Milford Borough on March 1, 2019, which resulted in a large quantity of copper and brass scrap metal being stolen, Williams said.

The vehicle of interest was captured on surveillance video crossing the Milford bridge into Pennsylvania in the early morning hours on March 1, Williams said.

The vehicle appears to be a Ford “Super-Duty” extended-cab pick-up believed to be registered in Pennsylvania. The truck include regular size (non-towing) side mirrors, rear slide window, and cab lights on the roof, Williams said.

This investigation is ongoing, Williams said.
