Dingmans Bridge will close for 12 days for annual inspection, maintenance

The historic Dingmans Bridge will close for 12 days beginning on Monday, June 7 at 8:00 a.m. to perform annual inspection and maintenance.

“Performing this work each year furthers our mission of serving our community since 1900 with safe, dependable passage across the historic Dingmans Bridge,” according to the Dingmans Choice and Delaware Bridge Company.

The bridge will reopen on Friday, June 18 at 4:00 p.m.

The Dingmans Bridge is the last privately owned toll bridge on the Delaware River and provides a vital transportation link between Pike County in Pennsylvania and Sussex County in New Jersey.
