Driver charged with DWI, careless driving in Hunterdon County
READINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Middlesex County man is facing charges including driving while intoxicated and careless driving in Readington Township.
On Thursday, March 17, at around 12:58 a.m., police stopped Luke Shuscavage, 28, of Edison on Route 202 for failure to maintain his lane, police said.
While the officer was speaking to Shuccavage, the officer detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath. He failed the officers field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI, police said.
Shuscavage was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, careless driving, and failure to maintain lane.
