Driver seriously injured after single-vehicle crash on I-78 in Hunterdon County
BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A woman was seriously injured after a single-vehicle crash Saturday night in Bethlehem Township, according to New Jersey State Trooper Alejandro Goez.
The crash happened at 10:10 p.m. on Interstate 78 eastbound at milepost 9.6, Goez said.
According to Goez, a Chevrolet Camaro, driven by Heather Polston, 37, of Martinsburg, VA, left the roadway and struck a concrete barrier.
Polston suffered serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital. There were no passengers in the vehicle, Goez said.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash, Goez said.
The crash remains under investigation.
