E. Louise Childs Branch Branch of Sussex County Library System closure extended to Sept. 4

STANHOPE BOROUGH, NJ (Sussex County) – The E. Louise Childs Branch, located at 21 Sparta Road, in Stanhope Borough will remain closed until Monday, September 4 while construction projects are completed.

The library is scheduled to reopen on Tuesday, September 5 at 9:00 a.m.

Book drops located at the branch and at the Hopatcong Municipal Building, located at 111 River Styx Rd, in Hopatcong Borough will remain open and continue to be emptied daily.

Patrons with outstanding hold requests will be contacted to arrange an alternate pickup location or to extend their holds until the building reopens. Community members are encouraged to utilize the services and resources available at any of the five other Sussex County Library System (SCLS) locations.

The Sussex County Library System and the E. Louise Childs Branch thank the community for their patience and support during this temporary closure.
