Four companies recall infant sleepers over risk of suffocation

More than 165,000 infant sleepers by four companies were recalled due to suffocation risk, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

“Infant fatalities have been reported with other manufacturers’ inclined sleep products, after infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side, or under other circumstances,” the commission said.

Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact the company for a cash refund or a voucher.

No injuries or incidents have been reported with these products.
