Free Concert Series Starts Saturday in Allamuchy

ALLAMUCHY TOWNSHIP – The Rutherfurd Hall Free Summer Concert Series kicks off this Saturday on the mansion’s back lawn.

Nobody Famous (the band) is scheduled to take the stage on Saturday, June 17th from 6-8pm.

“Nobody Famous is a local, classic rock band currently comprised of five guys in their 50s. They play music from the 1960s, ’70s, ’80s and ’90s,” said the Friends of Rutherfurd Hall in a press release. The group is organizing the series.

Up next is Due South, performing on July 21st from 7-8:30pm.

“Due South is one of New Jersey’s top country bands, peforming hits from artists such as Luke Bryan, Little Big Town, Lady Antebellum, Sugarland and Keith Urban,” said the group in the release.

The last to perform in the series is Jersey Sound, on August 4th from 7-8:30pm. The Friends of Rutherfurd Hall described the band as a “premiere nostalgia band.”

All summer concerts are free, weather permitting on the Rutherfurd Hall back lawn. Donations are gladly accepted
